The Event Assistant will provide consistent, long-term support to the team and act as event ambassadors by supporting and coordinating with suppliers on site, helping the team with event operations.  

A great opportunity for students to shadow the working team and learn project management, network and collaborate with different stakeholders. 

Please note this opportunity is only open for female students.

·       Provide reliable, long-term assistance across projects to ensure continuity.

·       Help with documentation, tracking timelines, and ensuring tasks carry over between events/initiatives.

·  Support suppliers on-ground and during execution of events and initiatives

·       Liaise with vendors, caterers, and service providers during setup and execution.

·   Assist in coordinating deliveries, confirming schedules, and troubleshooting logistical issues.

·  Ensure suppliers have the guidance and information needed for smooth execution.

·  Act as Event Ambassadors


المؤهلات
  • QF Student (At least Junior) 
  •  Must speak Fluent English (Arabic Preferred)
  •  Able to Work flexible hours (event based – Evenings) 
  • Open to female only students. 
  • Must be available either on Tuesday (June- August) from 5pm to 10pm

  •  Represent the program professionally to guests, participants, and partners.
  •  Provide information, answer questions, and direct attendees to the right resources.
  •  Promote the values of the program by being approachable, enthusiastic, and solution oriented.
  •  Serve as the "face" of the event, ensuring participants feel welcomed and supported.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Track participation metrics (attendance, volunteer hours, engagement levels) and prepare summary dashboards.
  • Collect structured feedback from suppliers, participants, and volunteers to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
  • Analyze engagement data to highlight trends in volunteer participation and overall program reach.
  • Provide recommendations based on findings to strengthen future initiatives.
