The Junior IT Analyst Intern will support the IT department in both technical operations and IT governance activities. The role provides students with practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, reporting, documentation, cybersecurity awareness, project coordination, and IT planning.

Student Intern. 

·        Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

·        Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and user devices.

·        Support troubleshooting activities and maintain helpdesk tickets and service logs.

·        Maintain user accounts, IT inventory records, and technical documentation.

·        Assist in preparing IT plans, schedules, progress reports, and presentations.

·        Support the drafting and updating of IT policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

·        Help monitor project activities, performance metrics, and operational KPIs.

·        Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·        Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini to support documentation, reporting, and task automation.

·        Support basic cybersecurity and IT governance activities.

·        Collaborate with team members on IT improvement initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.
