We're excited to offer a rewarding, hands-on opportunity this summer for individuals who are passionate about inclusion and fun! Our summer camp serves participants ages 5 to 20 with disabilities, and we’re looking for enthusiastic counselors to help create memorable experiences. 

Each day will day be different, whilst mostly in Education City, there will be field trips within Doha and you may need to source your own transportation. 

• Fluent in English speaking. Bonus if able to communicate in Arabic 
• Excellent time management, planning, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results 
• Self-motivated to complete tasks on time 
• Must take initiative and have a go-getter attitude 
• Must be flexible, trustworthy, and reliable 
• Must be a good swimmer
• Experience or interest in working with Special needs or disabled community

• Being a shadow instructor/teaching assistant, by assisting the coach/instructor during the activity 
• One-on-one assistance and interaction with participants who may require a little encouragement to participate in activities 
• Assist with registration on the first day of both camps 
• Directional assistance with latecomers 
• Being a group assistant for a small group during field trips 
• Activities will include some physical exercise/sporting activities, arts and crafts, field trips for a special needs summer camp 
• To help out with the camp where you are needed
• To promote and maintain high-level professional image of Ability Friendly
• Required to swim in the pool during water based activities
