We are currently running a volunteer program to support our Gazan brothers & sisters that are receiving medical treatment in Qatar.
This job requires support with the following:
Arabic language speaker (this is a MUST). Please do not apply if you are not an fluent Arabic speaker and writer
A- Database - Frontend; Backend Management: 1- Update and review content on the database. 2- Manage the backend to archive or duplicate applicants, ensuring data accuracy. 3- Categorize volunteers as needed to extract target group databases. 4- Build and update the volunteer database regularly, aligning with stakeholder requirements. 5- Coordinate database alignment with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
B. Volunteer Training 1- Coordinate logistics for volunteer training sessions, including venue, date, and instructor support. 2- Conduct outreach to targeted groups of volunteers to encourage participation. 3- Handle the registration process for training attendees. 4- Update the list of training attendees based on registration information. 5- Track volunteers who were invited but did not attend the training. 6- Send follow-up emails to training attendees for feedback and engagement.
C. Volunteer Selection & Assignment: 1- Categorize volunteers based on their skills and interests. 2- Support the development of a volunteer outreach mechanism. 3- Communicate effectively with volunteers throughout the selection process. 4- Confirm volunteers for various roles and assignments.
D. Volunteer Tracking: 1- Share schedules with volunteers and stakeholders. 2- Assign volunteers to specific days, tasks, or events. 3- Update relevant documents as needed. 4- Track and document volunteer hours accurately.
F. Compound/Onsite Management: 1- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment or designated space. 2- Facilitate the sign-in and sign-out process for volunteers (before and after arriving). 3- Manage volunteers onsite, providing support and guidance as needed. 4- Coordinate access to Qatar Foundation specific areas. 5- Provide general on-ground support to volunteers and address any immediate concerns. 6- Conduct briefing and debriefing sessions with volunteers before and after their volunteering activities. 7- Oversee the full operation to ensure a seamless and positive volunteer experience. 8- Act as onsite manager for Qatar Foundation when needed

3- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
4- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective onsite volunteer interaction.
5- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
6- Proficient in database management tools
7- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of volunteers and stakeholders
