Job Description

Responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships to support Huawei’s business objectives.


Skills

▪ Experience in account management or sales
▪ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
▪ Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
▪ Results-driven with strong business acumen


Qualifications
  • Students graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Ability to commit to a paid 3-month full-time internship program
  • Preference for students who can demonstrate strong potential for future employment and long-term commitment

Responsibility

▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
▪ Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned accounts
▪ Prepare and present solutions aligned with customer needs
▪ Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
▪ Manage contract negotiations, proposals, and account plans
▪ Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
