Responsible for managing and supporting Huawei’s channel partners to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and performance.
▪ Experience in channel management or operations
▪ Strong coordination and communication skills
▪ Knowledge of telecom/ICT industry is a plus
▪ Manage day-to-day operations with channel partners (distributors, resellers)
▪ Monitor partner performance, KPIs, and compliance with Huawei policies
▪ Support onboarding, training, and enablement of partners
▪ Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics) for partner support
▪ Handle partner issues, escalations, and operational improvements
▪ Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of partner activities
