Job Description

The Student Services Support assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Student Services Department, ensuring smooth delivery of services and enhancing the student experience.


Skills

1.      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2.      Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language

3.      Professional and friendly attitude when dealing with students and staff.

4.      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

5.      Strong organizational and time-management skills.

6.      Ability to work independently and take initiative.


Qualifications

Current enrolled student (3rd or 4th year)

Support in the preparation of content (presentation, student posters, reports)

Collect and analyze qualitative data 


Responsibility

1.      Assist with students inquiries and guide students to relevant services.

2.      Support in organizing events, workshops, and student engagement activities.

3.      Help maintain student records, attendance sheets, and filing systems.

4.      Provide logistical support for student programs, clubs, and orientation activities.

5.      Assist in communication tasks, including preparing announcements and updating notice boards.

6.      Support the department in handling student requests, referrals, and follow-up tasks.
