The Student Services Support assistant will provide
administrative and operational support to the Student Services Department,
ensuring smooth delivery of services and enhancing the student experience.

Current enrolled student (3rd or 4th year)
Support in the preparation of content (presentation, student posters, reports)
Collect and analyze qualitative data

Assist with students
inquiries and guide students to relevant services.
2.
Support in organizing
events, workshops, and student engagement activities.
3.
Help maintain student
records, attendance sheets, and filing systems.
4.
Provide logistical support
for student programs, clubs, and orientation activities.
5.
Assist in communication
tasks, including preparing announcements and updating notice boards.
6.
Support the department in
handling student requests, referrals, and follow-up tasks.
