Job Description

Manage and develop service-related products (e.g., support services, maintenance, cloud services) to enhance customer experience and revenue.


Skills

▪ Experience in service/product management
▪ Understanding of service delivery models and SLAs
▪ Strong customer-focused mindset


Qualifications
  • Students graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Ability to commit to a paid 3-month full-time internship program
  • Preference for students who can demonstrate strong potential for future employment and long-term commitment

Responsibility

▪ Define and manage service product portfolio and strategy
▪ Design service offerings (maintenance, SLA, support packages)
▪ Work closely with delivery and technical teams
▪ Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
▪ Support sales in positioning service solutions
▪ Monitor service performance and profitability
